Terms & referral disclosure
Calder Flow is an independent enquiry and referral website. It is not itself a drainage contractor and does not employ the drainage engineers who may ultimately carry out work.
Referrals
An enquiry may be reviewed by Calder Flow and, where a suitable referral arrangement is available, may be passed to an independent drainage provider. Any provider will be responsible for confirming availability, scope, price, response time and the terms of any work before you agree to proceed.
No service claims on behalf of a provider
Unless expressly stated after a provider has been appointed, this website does not promise a particular response time, round-the-clock availability, price or outcome.
Current service status
The website currently accepts form enquiries. Telephone call routing and automatic partner notification are not active. These terms will be updated if the routing or provider arrangements materially change.
