Calder Flow is an independent drainage enquiry and referral website. This page explains how information submitted through Calder Flow is handled while the service is operating with form-based enquiries.
Information submitted through the website
The enquiry form collects information you choose to provide, including your name, postcode, telephone number and details of the drainage problem. This information is stored so Calder Flow can review and handle the enquiry. It is not currently sent automatically to a drainage provider. If a suitable referral arrangement is activated, relevant enquiry information may be passed to an independent drainage provider so they can respond.
Call tracking, analytics and cookies
Calder Flow uses CookieHub to manage cookie consent. The enquiry form is processed by the website and stored in its database. Telephone call tracking is not currently active. If additional analytics, call-tracking or other non-essential services are introduced, the consent controls and this notice will be updated as appropriate.
Current service status
The website currently accepts form enquiries. Telephone call routing and automatic partner notification are not active.
